P.S: In order to post to Sina Weibo on a non-Chinese iDevice, you need to have a Chinese keyboard installed on your device. You can add this by going to Settings -> General -> International -> Keyboards -> Add New Keyboard...
P.S.S: Speed Post's text is in Simplified Mandarin, it is recommended that you can read Mandarin before downloading this app.
P.S.S.S: iMessage currently does not allow third party apps to attach images, so any attached images will not be sent if you choose iMessage.
